Important Considerations

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on factors such as processing time, destination, and unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather or customs delays).
  • Delivery may be made in separate packages if you have more than one item in your order, depending on product availability or warehouse location.

Order Modifications and Cancellations

  • To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team at contact@stellossi.com by 7:00 PM (GMT) on the same day you placed the order, providing your order number.
  • Note: Orders cannot be canceled once in transit. If your package has already been dispatched, we recommend refusing delivery. Once the package is returned, we will process your cancellation within 1–2 business days.

Tracking Your Order

  • After dispatch, you will receive an email with tracking information.
  • You can also track your order directly on our website.

Lost or Damaged Items

  • If your order is lost during transit, contact us at contact@stellossi.com. We will:
    • Either issue a full refund or
    • Resend the item to ensure your satisfaction.

Multiple Item Orders

  • While we strive to ship all items in a single package, different products may be shipped separately depending on availability or warehouse location. Please note that items purchased together may arrive in separate packages.

Address Accuracy

  • The customer is responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. As we process orders quickly, there is a limited window for making changes to the address. If you notice an error in the address, please contact us immediately at contact@stellossi.com.

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Stellossi is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered, but you have not received it:
    • Report the issue to the shipping carrier immediately.
