Refund Policy

At Stellossi, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return window, starting from the date your jewelry is delivered.


What We Accept as Returns

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.
Returned jewelry must meet the following conditions:

  • Be in its original condition (unworn and unaltered).

  • Include all original packaging, such as boxes and tags.

  • Accompanied by your order number and proof of purchase.


How to Request a Return

  • Contact Us: Email contact@stellosi.com to initiate the return process. Include your order details and reason for the return.

  • Receive a Return Label: We’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions for sending the item back.

  • Send the Jewelry Back: Pack the jewelry securely and ship it using the return label provided.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned jewelry, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If the return meets our standards, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.
Refunds typically take 1–3 business days to process, but processing times may vary based on your bank.

Note: If the jewelry does not meet our return criteria, no refund will be issued, and we may return the item to you.

Note for Promotional Orders: If your order includes a "Buy 2 Get 1 Free" promotion, all three items must be returned to be eligible for a full refund. If only part of the order is returned, the refund will reflect the adjusted promotional pricing.


Return Shipping Fees

If we made an error (e.g., wrong item sent), we’ll cover the return shipping costs.
For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.


Exchanges

We accept exchanges for:

  • Incorrect sizes

  • Manufacturing defects

To arrange an exchange, email us at contact@stellosi.com. We’ll guide you through the process.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your jewelry arrives:

  • Damaged, or

  • Incorrect (wrong item sent or not as described),

Contact us immediately at contact@stellosi.com. We will:

  • Replace the item, or

  • Offer a full refund, covering any return shipping costs.


Lost Items

If your order hasn’t arrived 14 business days after the expected delivery date, reach out to us at contact@stellosi.com. We’ll either:

  • Send you a replacement, or

  • Issue a full refund.


Missing Refunds

If you don’t see your refund after confirmation:

  • Check your bank account for pending transactions.

  • Contact your credit card provider for additional processing details.

If you’ve done the above steps and still don’t see your refund, email us at contact@stellosi.com, and we’ll assist further.


A Few More Important Details

  • Original Packaging: All returns must include the original packaging (boxes, tags, etc.).

  • Eligibility Period: The 30-day return window begins the day you receive your order.

  • Non-Returnable Items: We cannot accept returns of jewelry that has been:

    • Worn or modified (unless defective)

    • Returned in a condition that compromises its integrity

  • Refused Returns: We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not follow these guidelines.
